Story

What started as something personal slowly grew into something much bigger than I ever imagined.

During my time in college, where I studied Art Management with the intention of one day running my own business, I began nannying. What was initially a flexible job quickly became something I genuinely loved. I found myself deeply invested in the families I worked with and passionate about creating nurturing, engaging environments for children to grow and feel safe.

As I continued nannying, friends and peers began reaching out, asking how I found such great families and if I could connect them as well. Naturally, I started referring people I trusted, individuals who shared my values, care, and attention to detail. Over time, those small connections turned into something consistent. Families weren’t just looking for any nanny,they were looking for someone like me, or someone I trusted.

That’s when the idea for my agency was born.

I began building a team of like-minded caregivers, people who lead with intention, warmth, and emotional awareness. What makes our agency truly special is that it’s built from real, hands-on experience. Before becoming a founder, I was, and still am, a nanny at heart. The skills I developed over years of working closely with children and families became the foundation of everything we do.

From that experience, I created our internal training approach:

The Joyful Care Training Course.

This training is not rigid or impersonal, it’s intuitive, experience-based, and rooted in the real dynamics of caregiving. It reflects the standards I learned and practiced myself: emotional attunement, structured creativity, safety, presence, and genuine care. Through this training, every nanny on our team is elevated to meet a high, consistent standard while still honoring their individuality.

This agency is the intersection of my purpose and my path, combining my desire to build something meaningful with a field that found me at the right time.
